क. आवश्यक अहर्ता

1. किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी शाखा में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि।
2.  दो या दो से अधिक भारतीय भाषाओं और अंग्रेजी में संप्रेषणाक्षमता में कुशल होना।
3. किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संगठन संस्थान में पांडुलिपि एवं प्रकाशन संबंधी क्षेत्र में कार्य करने का न्यूमतम 3 से 5 वर्ष का कार्यानुभव।
4. लेखकों, प्रकाशकों, अनुवादकों, समीक्षकों के साथ संप्रेषण/समन्वय का अनुभव।

ख. वांछनीय

1. दस्तावेज संबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर, जैसे MS Office और Adobe Pagemaker/InDesign, की जानकारी होना।
2.  मसौदा लेखन एवं पत्राचार मौखिक लिखित एवं ई-मेल आधारित संप्रेषण) में कुशल होना।

A. Essential

1. Master's degree in any stream from a recognised University.
2. Proficiency in two or more Indian languages and good communication skills in English
3. Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a recognised organisation/institution in the area of manuscript handling and publication-related activities.
4. Experience in coordination and communication with authors, publishers, translators, and reviewers.

B. Desirable

1. Knowledge of document handling software like MS Office and Adobe PageMaker/InDesign
2. Demonstrable skills in drafting & correspondence (oral, written and email- based communications)

C. Maximum age: 50 years

उपरोक्त वर्णित समेकित (निश्चित) पारिश्रमिक के संग योग्य अभ्यर्थी को अनुबंध के आधार पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा। इस पद की संस्तुति केवल राष्ट्रीय अनुवाद मिशन के हेतु की गई है, तथा इस पद-धारक का भविष्य में संस्थान के किसी भी स्थायी/अस्थायी या संविदात्मक पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा मान्य नहीं होगा। यह अनुबंध प्रारंभ में एक वर्ष के लिए होगा तथा कार्मिक के वर्तमान प्रदर्शन के वार्षिक मूल्यांकन के उपरांत इसे विस्तारित किया जा सकता है। उपरोक्त पद को भारत सरकार की आरक्षण नीति के अनुसार भरा जाएगा तथा उक्त पद को भरने/रद्द करने का अधिकार संस्थान के पास सुरक्षित रखता है।
The Personnel shall be engaged on a contract basis with consolidated (fixed) remuneration as indicated above. This position is sanctioned only for the NTM purpose, and the incumbent of this position would not have any claim whatsoever for appointment in any permanent/temporary or contractual position in the Institute. The initial contract will be for one year and may be extended at the annual performance review of the incumbent. The above posts will be filled in accordance with the reservation policy of the Government of India, and the Institute reserves the right to fill/ cancel any post(s) if the situation demands.
