Refund Policy

The Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL) may charge some fees towards application of some courses or services. For example, there is fee towards the application of 10-Month Diploma programme.

The payments may be made online through the options provided by the payment gateway. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded in any circumstances. Applicants cannot cancel their applications even if they do not wish to enroll for the programme or take the services they have applied for.

In case of any payment failures and charges levied, refunds will be initiated by the payment gateway. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment – for example if a payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be credited by same mode of channel to same credit card by the Payment Gateway Merchant and this goes for all payment modes from which the customer will make the payment.

Cancellation Policy

Once a payment has been made for any course or services offerred on this site, the same cannot be cancelled and the payor will not have any right to cancel their payment.

Refund/Cancellations won't be entertained once the applicant/user makes the payment.
