राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण सेवा-भारत, भारतीय भाषा संस्थान, मैसूर शिक्षा मंत्रालय की एक परियोजना है। इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित सत्रह (17) भाषाओं में भाषा एवं सांस्कृतिक शिक्षण मॉड्यूल/हस्तपुस्तिका के विकास/ समीक्षा पर 45 दिवसीय (केवल कार्य दिवस) अल्पकालिक कार्यशाला में भाग लेने के लिए उपयुक्त उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं—

उपलब्ध पद :

पदों की कुल संख्या मात्र सत्रह (17) है। तथापि, कार्य/निधि आदि की उपलब्धता या सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णयानुसार पदों की संख्या को बढ़ाया या घटाया जा सकता है।

 

उत्तरदायित्व :

भाषा एवं सांस्कृतिक शिक्षण मॉड्यूल/हस्तपुस्तिका के विकास/ समीक्षा

• पाठ्य पुस्तकों/पत्रिकाओं/लेखों/इंटरनेट/शैक्षणिक डेटाबेस आदि के आधार पर स्वतंत्र अनुसंधान करने मे सक्षम होना चाहिए।
• आवश्यकतानुसार समय-समय पर विभिन्न अंतःविषयी क्षेत्रों/दिए गए कार्यों के बीच बदलाव करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

 

शैक्षणिक योग्यता :

भाषाविज्ञान/लैंग्वेज साइंसेस/भाषाओं/साहित्य आदि में एम.ए. /एम.फिल/पीएच.डी।

           (पीएच.डी उपाधि प्राप्त प्रत्याशियों को वरीयता दी जाएगी)

 

पात्रता :

• उपरोक्त भाषाओं में से किसी एक भाषा का मूल वक्ता / मातृभाषा-भाषी जिसमें पढ़ने, लिखने एवं बोलने में उन्नत कौशल हो।
• भाषा विज्ञान / लैंग्वेज साइंसेस / भाषा / साहित्य में एम.ए.। भाषा विज्ञान / भाषाओं में एम.फिल / पीएच.डी. धारक उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी।
• अंग्रेजी पर उत्कृष्ट अधिकार और हिंदी में कार्य साधक प्रवीणता।
• भाषिक समुदाय के सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों की समझ।
• शिक्षा और अनुसंधान के लिए समूहों में काम करने की क्षमता।
• एक मान्य शैक्षणिक / पेशेवर रिकॉर्ड के साथ विभिन्न भाषाओं में काम करने की क्षमता अति वांछनीय है।

मानदेय :

• टीए / डीए का भुगतान संस्थान के मानदंडों के अनुसार किया जाएगा तथा पीएच.डी. धारक के लिए प्रति कार्य दिवस 1,500/- रुपये और एम.ए., एम.फिल धारक के लिए प्रति कार्य दिवस 1,000/- रुपये का मानदेय दिया जाएगा।
• पर्यवेक्षक प्राधिकारी के नियमों और निर्णय के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों को उनके सफलतापूर्वक काम पूरा करने पर उसे विधिवत स्वीकृति / मान्यता प्रदान की जाएगी।
• भोजनालय की सुविधा रियायती दरों पर उपलब्ध है।

 

आवास सुविधा : (पहले 45  कार्यदिवसों के लिए शुल्क का भुगतान संस्थान / परियोजना / योजना द्वारा किया जाएगा)

बाहर के प्रतिभागियों को उपलब्धता के आधार पर एसआरएलसी छात्रावास में रियायती दरों पर आवास उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है। प्रतिभागियों को अपनी चादर, कंबल, मच्छरदानी, प्रसाधन आदि स्वयं लाना होगा।

पति/पत्नी/परिवार के सदस्यों/मित्रों आदि के रहने की व्यवस्था किसी भी कीमत पर नहीं की जाएगी।

 

नियम और शर्तें:

• इन पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को 45 कार्य दिवसों के लिए यहाँ प्रवास का इच्छुक होना चाहिए। कार्यशाला के दौरान किसी भी तरह के अवकाश (अपरिहार्य स्थितियों को छोड़कर) पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• सौंपे गए कार्य को संपादित करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों के पास अपने स्वयं का लैपटॉप (4 जीबी रैम तथा विंडोज 7 से ऊपर के साथ, कोर 2 डुओ प्रोसेसर का न्यूनतम कॉन्फ़िगरेशन) होना चाहिए। कार्यालय द्वारा प्रतिभागियों को स्थान और इंटरनेट कनेक्शन प्रदान किया जाएगा।
• संस्थान द्वारा लैपटॉप या वर्क स्टेशन प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।
• उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी मानदेय का पात्र होने के लिए सौंपे गए कार्य को दी गई समय सीमा के भीतर सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करना होगा।
• कार्यशाला की अवधि को कार्य की मात्रा और प्रकृति, तथा धन की उपलब्धता, या किन्हीं अन्य अप्रत्याशित कारणों से बढ़ाया या घटाया जा सकता है। ऐसे मामले में, उम्मीदवारों को तुरंत काम का स्थान / छात्रावास/ परिसर आदि छोड़ने के लिए कहा जा सकता है। ऐसे किसी भी मामले में पर्यवेक्षण / सक्षम अधिकारियों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
• इस प्रकार की शैक्षणिक कार्यशालाओं में भागीदारी अपनी प्रकृति में विशुद्ध रूप से अस्थायी तथा आवश्यकता आधारित है। प्रतिभागी संस्थान की योजनाओं / परियोजनाओं / यूनिट में किसी अन्य पद के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का दावा / पक्ष / प्राथमिकता की माँग नहीं कर सकता है।
• सभी प्रतिभागियों को कार्यक्रम / कार्यशाला में भाग लेने के दौरान सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित आचार संहिता / दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करना चाहिए। सीआईआईएल शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली का एक अधीनस्थ कार्यालय है। कार्यक्रम / कार्यशाला के दौरान किसी भी तरह के उल्लंघन / कदाचार पर संस्थान/ भारत सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार गंभीर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

 

संस्थान बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी आवेदन को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

National Testing Service- India, a scheme of Ministry of Education, Central Institute of Indian Languages, invites applications from the suitable candidates for the participation in 45-day (only working days) short-term workshop on the Development of Language and Cultural Teaching Module/Handbook. Available Positions:-

Total number available positions are 17 (seventeen) only. However the number of positions may be increased or decreased given the availability of the work/funds etc. or/on the decision of the competent authority.

Responsibilities :

• Development/Review of Language and Cultural Teaching Module/Handbook
• Must be able to conduct independent research by referring to text books/journals/papers/articles/internet/Academic Database, etc.
• Must be able to switch between different interdisciplinary areas/given tasks from time to time as per the requirements.

Educational Qualification :-

M.A / MPhil. / PhD in Linguistics / Language Sciences/ Languages / Literature, etc.

(Preference will be given to the PhD holder candidates)

Eligibility:-

• A native speaker/ mother tongue of one of the above languages with advanced reading, writing and speaking skills in it.
• A Master degree in Linguistics/Language sciences / Languages /Literature. The candidates having MPhil/PhD in Linguistics/Languages will be preferred.
• Excellent command in English, and working proficiency in Hindi.
• Understanding of the cultural values of the language speaking community.
• Ability to work in groups and flair for academics and research.
• The ability to work in multiple languages with a proven academic/professional record is highly desirable.

Honorarium:-

• TA/DA will be paid as per institute norms and an honorarium of Rs.1,500/- per day for Ph.D holder and Rs.1,000/- per day for M.A, MPhil. holders.
• Candidates will be duly acknowledged / recognized for their successfully completion of the work as per rules and decision of the supervising authority.
• Mess Facility is available at subsidized rates.

Accommodation: (Free, will be paid by the Institute/Project/Scheme for the first 45 working day).

Accommodation may be provided to the outstation participants at concessional rates in the SRLC Hostel, given availability. Participants should carry their own bed sheet, blanket, mosquito coil, toiletries, etc.

Accommodation arrangement for spouse / family members/ friends, etc. will be not made at any cost.

 

Terms and Conditions:-

• The Scholars applying for these positions should be willing to stay here for 45 working days. Any break (except under unavoidable situations) during the workshop will not be entertained.
• The candidates must have their own laptops (minimum configuration of Core 2 duo processor with 4 GB RAM and windows 7 & above) for the purpose of assigned work. Office space and internet connection will be provided. No Laptop or workstation will be provided by the Institute.
• The candidates successfully shall complete the assigned work within given deadline to be eligible for any honorarium.
• The period of the workshop may be extended or reduced given the volume and nature of work, availability of funds, or due to any unforeseen reasons. In such case, the candidates may immediately be asked to leave the work / hostel / premises, etc. In any such case, decision of the supervising/competent authorities will be final and binding.
• Participation in such academic workshops is purely temporary and need-based in nature. It does not amount to any claim / favor / priority to any other position in the Schemes / Projects / Unit of the Institute.
• All participants must abide by the code of conduct / guidelines laid down by competent authority during their participation in the programme / workshop. CIIL is a subordinate office functioning under MoE, New Delhi, and Government of India. Any violation / misconduct during the programme/workshop will attract serious disciplinary action as per the institute / GOI rules.

The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

भारतीय भाषा संस्थान की परियोजना राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण सेवा-भारत द्वारा 01 डॉक्टोरेट और 03 पोस्ट डॉक्टरेट अध्येतावृति  प्रदान करने के लिए स्नातकोत्तर / शोधकर्ताओं से आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं।  

National Testing Service-India, a scheme under the Central Institute of Indian Languages, invites applications from post-graduates / researchers for the award of  01 Doctoral and 03 Post Doctoral Fellowships.

यह अध्येतावृति परीक्षण एवं मूल्यांकन के अन्तर्विषयक क्षेत्रों में अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से प्रदान की जाती है। शोध का विषय नीचे उल्लिखित किसी भी क्षेत्र में हो सकता है लेकिन उसमें परीक्षण एवं मूल्यांकन का घटक होना चाहिए।

These fellowships are awarded with a view to promoting research in the interdisciplinary areas of testing and evaluation. The topic of research may be in any of the below-mentioned areas but with a component of testing and evaluation.

अनुसंधान के मुख्य क्षेत्र  होंगे-शैक्षिक परीक्षण और मूल्यांकन,भाषा परीक्षण और समाकलन, भारतीय भाषाओं में श्रवण-वाचन-पठन-लेखन कौशल, भाषा शिक्षा, ऑनलाइन भाषा शिक्षा, शैक्षिक प्रौद्योगिकी में नवाचार, साक्षरता, भाषा या शिक्षा नीति। एनईपी-2020 के क्षेत्र में होगा- मातृभाषा शिक्षा, भाषा शिक्षण-सीखना, भाषा शिक्षाशास्त्र, पाठ्यचर्या विकास, विशेष उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग में आने वाली भाषा, विशिष्ट उद्देश्यों के लिए भाषा, शैक्षिक मनोविज्ञान, शिक्षा का दर्शनशास्त्र, भाषा के दर्शनशास्त्र कम संसाधन वाली भाषा कक्षा, भाषा और संस्कृति आदि, या भारत सरकार की योजनाओं के अनुरूप भारतीय भाषाओं/मातृभाषाओं के लिए भाषा शिक्षा/संस्कृति आदि।

The preferred area of research would be in the areas of Educational Testing and Evaluation, Language Testing and Assessment, LSRW skills in Indian Languages, Language Education, Online Language Education, Innovation in Educational Technologies, Literacy, Language or Education policy, NEP-2020, Mother Tongue Education, Language Teaching-Learning, Language Pedagogy, Curriculum Development, Language-in-use, Language for Specific Purposes, Educational Psychology, Philosophy of Education, Philosophy of Language, Lower Resource Language Classroom, Language and Culture, etc., or in line with schemes of GOI pertaining to language education/culture, etc. for Indian languages/mother languages.

डॉक्टरेट अनुसंधान के लिए अध्येतावृति की राशि 20,000/- रुपये प्रति माह होगी और 20,000/- रुपये प्रति वर्ष के आकस्मिक अनुदान मिलेगा एवं पोस्ट डॉक्टोरल रिसर्च के लिए 30,000/- रुपये प्रति माह मिलेगा और  30,000/- रुपये प्रति वर्ष आकस्मिक अनुदान दिया जायेगा। अध्येतावृति की अवधि डॉक्टरेट के लिए 3 वर्ष और पोस्ट डॉक्टरेट के लिए 1 वर्ष है और जरूरत पड़ने पर योग्य मामलों में सख्त मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया के आधार पर इसे एक वर्ष और बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

The value of the fellowship for Doctoral Research is Rs. 20,000/- per month with a contingent grant of Rs. 20,000/- per annum; for Post Doctoral Research is Rs. 30,000/- per month along with a contingent grant of Rs. 30,000- per annum. The period of fellowship is 3 years for the Doctoral and 1 year for the Post Doctoral, and it may be extended by one more year based on a strict assessment procedure in deserving cases.

पात्रता के मापदंड

पीएच. डी. फेलोशिप के लिए-

1. आवेदक ने संविधान की 8वीं अनुसूची में सूचीबद्ध 22 भारतीय भाषाओं में से किसी एक का कम से कम माध्यमिक स्तर तक अध्ययन किया हो।
2. भाषाविज्ञान, भाषा शास्त्र, 22 अनुसूचित भारतीय भाषाओं, साहित्य, अंग्रेजी (भारतीय साहित्य/भाषाओं/संस्कृति पर केंद्रित ), मानव विज्ञान, दर्शनशास्त्र, मनोविज्ञान या शिक्षा में से किसी एक में में पूर्णकालिक स्नातकोत्तर/एकीकृत स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि।
3. यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय में नामांकित (पीएच.डी. डिग्री के दूसरे वर्ष तक)।
4. फ़ेलोशिप हेतु चयनित होने की तारीख से अगले महीनों में प्रासंगिक पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम में दाखिला लेने की उम्मीद रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।

 

 

Eligibility Criteria

For Ph.D. Fellowship-

1. The applicant should have studied one of the 22 Indian languages listed in the 8th schedule of the constitution, at least up to the Secondary Level.
2. A full-time Master/Integrated Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Science, in any of the 22 Scheduled Indian Language, Literature, English (with a focus on Indian Literature/Languages/Culture), Anthropology, Psychology, Philosophy, or Education.
3. Enrolled in UGC Recognized Indian University (up to 2nd year of Ph.D degree).
4. Candidates expecting to enroll in a relevant PhD programme in the next months, from the date of selection of the award of fellowship, may also be considered

ध्यातव्य है कि आवेदन और अन्य दस्तावेज जैसे बायोडाटा और शोध प्रस्ताव अंग्रेजी में होने चाहिए। जहां भी ये दस्तावेज़ मुख्य रूप से अंग्रेजी में उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, वहां एक स्व-प्रमाणित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
