ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ/परियोजना निदेशक/Project Director, CESCO (2026)

Essential qualifications:

1. Doctoral Degree in Linguistics, Language or Literature related to Odia language.
2. 15 years research/teaching experience at level 10 and above (as per 7 CPC) in a recognised educational institution.
3. 3 years’ administrative experience in a reputed educational institution.
4. Evidence of at least 10 publications in/on Odia in peer reviewed journals. 03 Publications in/on Classical Odia.
5. Odia as the first/native language with excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

Desirable qualifications:

1. Demonstrable understanding of Indian Knowledge System (IKS)
2. A flair for working in sync with different teams/scholars from a diverse set of educational backgrounds.
3. Sound knowledge of Central Government rules including general financial rules, administrative rules and regulations pertaining to the overall functioning of the scheme/centres of the Govt. of India.
4. A clear understanding of the promotion of Classical Languages and their role as envisioned in NEP-2020 and other related policies of the Govt. of India.

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 65 years
