रिसोर्स पर्सन (तकनीकी) | Resource Person (Technical)

मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से पीएच.डी./परास्नातक (कंप्यूटर विज्ञान / सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी / एमसीए / एमटेक (सीएस) / एमएस (सीएस) / एम.एससी. (सीएस)।

1. पीएच.डी. धारकों के लिए न्यूनतम 3 वर्ष तथा परास्नातक डिग्री धारकों के लिए 5 वर्षों का पूर्णकालिक अनुभव।
2. आवश्यक कौशल: ASP.NET, Python, PHP, Java, Javascript, AJAX, JSON, मल्टीलायर प्रोग्रामिंग, MVC, Nugget Packages आदि में उत्कृष्ट प्रोग्रामिंग कौशल।
3. डेटाबेस: SQL Server 2005 एवं उससे ऊपर, जटिल SQL क्वेरी लिखना (जैसे: Joins, Triggers आदि), क्वेरी का अनुकूलन, विभिन्न क्लस्टर्ड/नॉन-क्लस्टर्ड इंडेक्स तथा Stored Procedures बनाना।
4. भारतीय क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं एवं उनके डेटा प्रकारों पर तकनीकी कार्यानुभव।
5. Crystal Reports का कार्यज्ञान।
6. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा प्रणाली एवं प्रश्न बैंक डिज़ाइन का अनुभव रखने वालों को वरीयता दी जाएगी।
7. अंग्रेज़ी भाषा पर उत्कृष्ट पकड़ (लिखित एवं मौखिक)।

आयु सीमा: अधिकतम 45 वर्ष।

वांछनीय:

• हिंदी पर उत्कृष्ट पकड़ (लिखित एवं मौखिक)।
• मराठी, गुजराती, डोगरी, बांग्ला, संस्कृत, मणिपुरी, असमिया, बोडो, कोंकणी, पंजाबी, सिंधी में से किसी एक भाषा का ज्ञान।

नोट

• अतिथि प्राध्यापक/पीएच.डी. शोधार्थी का अनुभव मान्य नहीं होगा।
• सीआईआईएल के अन्य स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं/योजनाओं/केंद्रों/आरएलसी में पहले से कार्यरत आरपी/कर्मचारियों पर विचार नहीं किया जा सकता है।

• अन्यथा योग्य आवेदकों के लिए आयु में छूट पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

Ph.D/Master in Computer science / Information Technology / MCA / M.Sc.(CS) / MS (CS) from a recognized University.

1. Minimum 3 Years for Ph.D holders and 5 years full time experience for Master degree holders.
2. Required Skill Set : Excellent Programming Skills in ASP.NET, Python, PHP, Java, Javascript, AJAX, JSON, Multilayer programming, MVC, Nugget Packages
3. Database: Sql Server 2005 & above, Writing complex SQL queries (Eg. Joins, Triggers etc), Optimizing the queries by creating various clustered, non-clustered, Stored Procedures.
4. Technical working experience on Indian regional languages and it's data types
5. Working knowledge on Crystal Reports
6. Preference will be given to those who have experience in online examination system and domain knowledge on question database design.
7. Excellent Command over written and spoken English.

Age:  Maximum 45 years.

Desirable:

• Excellent Command over written and spoken Hindi.
• Knowledge of one of the following languages: Marathi, Gujarati, Dogri, Bengali, Sanskrit, Manipuri, Assamese, Bodo, Konkani, Punjabi or Sindhi is required.

Note

• Experience as Guest Faculty/PhD scholar will not be considered
• RPs/Staff already working in other sanctioned projects/schemes/centre of CIIL/RLCs may not be considered.
• Age relaxation may be considered for the applicants who are otherwise qualified.

नोट:

1. ऊपर कार्मिकों की नियुक्ति दर्शाए गए समेकित मानदेय के साथ अनुबंध के आधार पर की जाएगी। पदों की संख्या समय-समय पर परिवर्तित हो सकती है। ये पद केवल योजनाओं के लिए स्वीकृत हैं और योजना की समाप्ति के बाद/या सीआईआईएल के सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्णय किए जाने पर इस पद के धारक का संस्थान में किसी भी स्थायी/अस्थायी या अनुबंधीय पद पर नियुक्ति का कोई दावा नहीं होगा।
2. अनुबंध की प्रारंभिक अवधि एक वर्ष की होगी और उसके बाद का विस्तार पदधारक के कार्य-प्रदर्शन एवं सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णय पर निर्भर करेगा। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार https://apply.ciil.org/ भर्ती पोर्टल (केन्द्रीय भारतीय भाषाओं का संस्थान, मानसगंगोत्री, मैसूर–570006, कर्नाटक) पर एक खाता बनाकर सभी विवरण/दस्तावेज़ भरकर/अपलोड कर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
3. ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 20.09.2025 है।
4. आवेदन के साथ आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यताओं, अनुभव आदि से संबंधित आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्रों/दस्तावेज़ों/प्रशंसापत्रों की स्वयं-सत्यापित प्रतियाँ अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है।
5. योग्य उम्मीदवारों के मामले में आवश्यकतानुसार शैक्षणिक योग्यताओं एवं अन्य आवश्यकताओं में छूट सीआईआईएल, मैसूर के निदेशक के विवेकाधिकार पर दी जा सकती है।
6. संस्थान को परिस्थिति अनुसार किसी भी पद को न भरने/रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
7. उम्मीदवारों पर उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर उनके द्वारा आवेदित पदों के अतिरिक्त अन्य पदों के लिए भी विचार किया जा सकता है।
8. उपर्युक्त पदों पर चयन लिखित परीक्षा/कौशल परीक्षा तथा उसके उपरांत साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
9. किसी भी प्रकार की सिफारिश सीधी तौर पर अयोग्यता मानी जाएगी।

NOTE:

1. The personnel shall be engaged on contract basis with consolidated remuneration as indicated above. The number of positions is likely to change from time to time. The position is sanctioned only for schemes and the incumbent of this position would not have any claim for whatsoever for appointment in any permanent/ temporary or contractual position in the Institute after closure of the scheme/or as decided by competent authorities at CIIL.
2. The initial contract will be for a period of one year and any extension beyond that will be based on the performance of the incumbent and decision of the competent authority.
