क्षेत्र अन्वेषक /Field Investigator

अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता: भाषा-विज्ञान, शिक्षा अथवा संबंधित सामाजिक विज्ञान/भाषा विषय में न्यूनतम 55% अंकों के साथ स्नातक उपाधि।

वरीयता: चार वर्षीय स्नातक उपाधि तथा/अथवा क्षेत्रकार्य का अनुभव/परिचय।

अधिकतम आयु: 35 वर्ष

वांछनीय योग्यताएं ः

1. अंग्रेज़ी, हिंदी तथा/अथवा संबंधित भाषा/भाषाओं के लिखित एवं मौखिक प्रयोग पर उत्कृष्ट अधिकार।
2. भाषा आकलन एवं प्रवीणता रूपरेखाओं तथा ब्लूम की वर्गिकी (Bloom’s Taxonomy) के अनुप्रयोग का ज्ञान।
3. कंप्यूटर तथा MS Excel, डेटा विश्लेषण उपकरण/सॉफ्टवेयर, SPSS आदि के उपयोग में दक्षता।
4. आवश्यकता पड़ने पर क्षेत्रकार्य करने की योग्यता एवं तत्परता।

2. लेखन का एक नमूना (Writing Sample); तथा

चयन प्रक्रिया एवं अन्य जानकारी:

1. ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि: 15 सितंबर 2026।
2. केवल चयनित (शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए) अभ्यर्थियों को साक्षात्कार के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाएगा।
3. साक्षात्कार की तिथि, समय एवं माध्यम की सूचना चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को पृथक रूप से दी जाएगी।
4. परियोजना निदेशक/सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णय के अनुसार साक्षात्कार ऑनलाइन अथवा भारतीय भाषा संस्थान, मैसूरु में प्रत्यक्ष रूप से आयोजित किया जा सकता है।
5. प्रत्यक्ष साक्षात्कार में भाग लेने के लिए कोई TA/DA देय नहीं होगा।
6. परियोजना की आवश्यकता के अनुसार कार्य/क्षेत्रकार्य का स्थान मैसूरु, दिल्ली तथा/अथवा रुड़की हो सकता है।

महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

1. सभी पद पूर्णतः अस्थायी एवं परियोजना-आधारित हैं।
2. चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को परियोजना निदेशक/सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर व्यक्तिगत रूप से कार्यभार ग्रहण/रिपोर्ट करना होगा।
3. नियुक्ति एवं सेवा की निरंतरता संतोषजनक कार्य-निष्पादन तथा परियोजना की आवश्यकताओं के अधीन होगी।
4. नियुक्ति पत्र जारी करने से पूर्व सभी मूल प्रमाण-पत्रों/दस्तावेज़ों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा।
5. केवल न्यूनतम पात्रता मानदंड पूरा करने से किसी अभ्यर्थी को साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाए जाने का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा।

Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related Social Science/Language discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

Preference: Four-year undergraduate degree and/or familiarity with fieldwork.

Max Age: 35 years

Desirable Qualifications:-

1. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Hindi, and/or the relevant language(s).
2. Knowledge of language assessment and proficiency frameworks and the application of Bloom’s Taxonomy.
3. Proficiency in the use of computers and applications/tools such as MS Excel, data-analysis software, SPSS, etc.
4. Ability and willingness to undertake fieldwork, wherever required.

Selection Process and Other Information:

1. Last date for submission of applications: 15 September 2026.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
3. The date, time, and mode of interview will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates.
4. The interview may be conducted online or in person at the Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysuru, as decided by the Project Director/competent authority.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending an in-person interview.
6. The place of work/fieldwork may include Mysuru, Delhi, and/or Roorkee, depending upon project requirements.

Important Notes:

1. The positions are purely temporary and project-based.
2. Selected candidates will be required to join/report in person at the place specified by the Project Director/competent authority.
3. Appointment and continuation shall be subject to satisfactory performance and the requirements of the project.
4. Original certificates/documents will be verified before the issuance of the appointment letter.
5. Mere fulfilment of the minimum eligibility criteria does not confer any right to be called for an interview.
