रिसोर्स पर्सन (अकादमिक) / Resource Person (Academic)

मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से भाषाविज्ञान/शिक्षा/शैक्षिक मनोविज्ञान/भारतीय भाषाएँ/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में एम ए अथवा पीएच.डी. तथा नीचे दी गई भाषाओं में से किसी एक में उत्कृष्ट मौखिक एवं लिखित दक्षता।

1. संबंधित भाषा/ अंग्रेजी में शिक्षण, परीक्षण और मूल्यांकन, अनुवाद इत्यादि में न्यूनतम 3 वर्षों का पूर्णकालिक अनुभव।
2. अंग्रेजी/ हिंदी भाषा पर उत्कृष्ट पकड़ (लिखित एवं मौखिक)।
3. भारतीय संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची की अनेक भाषाओं का ज्ञान।
4. अंतरराष्ट्रीय भाषा मूल्यांकन मानक एवं Bloom’s Taxonomy का ज्ञान।
5. सूचीबद्ध पत्रिकाओं में प्रासंगिक उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले प्रकाशन। 
6. आयु सीमा: अधिकतम 45 वर्ष।

वरीय भाषाएँ::

गुजराती, मणिपुरी, असमिया, कोंकणी, पंजाबी, सिंधी। 

वांछनीय:

• हिंदी पर उत्कृष्ट पकड़ (लिखित एवं मौखिक)।

नोट:

• अतिथि प्राध्यापक/पीएच.डी. शोधार्थी का अनुभव मान्य नहीं होगा।
• कंप्यूटर का कार्यज्ञान आवश्यक है।
• संबंधित भाषा में टाइपिंग आवश्यक है।
• अन्यथा योग्य आवेदकों के लिए आयु में छूट पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

Master or PhD in Linguistics/ Education/Educational Psychology /Indian Languages/Information Technology from a recognized University with an excellent oral and written proficiency in one of the below listed languages.

1. Minimum 3 years’ full time experience in Teaching, Testing and Assessment, Translation, Question Item Design, in the concerned language/English.
2. Excellent Command over written and spoken English/Hindi.
3. Knowledge of Multiple Indian Languages as given in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India.
4. Knowledge of International Language Assessment and Proficiency Frameworks and Application of Bloom’s Taxonomy.
5. Relevant High Quality publications in the indexed Journals. 
6. Age:  Maximum 45 years.

Preferred Languages:

Gujarati, Manipuri, Konkani, Punjabi, Sindhi.

Desirable:

• Excellent Command over written & spoken Hindi.

Note

• Experience as Guest Faculty/PhD scholar will not be considered
• Working knowledge of Computer is a must.
• Typing Skill in concerned Indian Language is a must.
• Age relaxation may be considered for the applicants who are otherwise qualified.

नोट:

1. उपरोक्त अनुसार दर्शाए गए समेकित मानदेय के साथ कार्मिकों की नियुक्ति अनुबंध के आधार पर की जाएगी। पदों की संख्या समय-समय पर परिवर्तित हो सकती है। ये पद केवल योजनाओं के लिए स्वीकृत हैं और योजना की समाप्ति के बाद/या सीआईआईएल के सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्णय किए जाने पर इस पद के धारक का संस्थान में किसी भी स्थायी/अस्थायी या अनुबंधीय पद पर नियुक्ति का कोई दावा नहीं होगा।
2. प्रारंभिक अनुबंध की अवधि एक वर्ष की होगी और उसके बाद का विस्तार पदधारक के कार्य-प्रदर्शन एवं सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णय पर निर्भर करेगा। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार भर्ती पोर्टल (केन्द्रीय भारतीय भाषाओं का संस्थान, मानसगंगोत्री, मैसूर–570006, कर्नाटक) पर एक खाता बनाकर सभी विवरण/दस्तावेज़ भरकर/अपलोड कर आवेदन 06.07.2026 के शाम 5:00 बजे तक कर सकते हैं।
3. आवेदन के साथ आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यताओं, अनुभव आदि संबंधी आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्रों/दस्तावेज़ों/प्रशंसापत्रों की स्वयं-सत्यापित प्रतियाँ अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है।
4. योग्य उम्मीदवारों के मामले में आवश्यकतानुसार शैक्षणिक योग्यताओं एवं अन्य आवश्यकताओं में छूट सीआईआईएल, मैसूर के निदेशक के विवेकाधिकार पर दी जा सकती है।
5. संस्थान को परिस्थिति अनुसार किसी भी पद को न भरने/रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
6. उम्मीदवारों को उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर उनके द्वारा आवेदन किए गए पदों के अतिरिक्त अन्य पदों पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।

NOTE:

1. The personnel shall be engaged on contract basis with consolidated remuneration as indicated above. The number of positions is likely to change from time to time. The position is sanctioned only for schemes and the incumbent of this position would not have any claim for whatsoever for appointment in any permanent/ temporary or contractual position in the Institute after closure of the scheme/or as decided by competent authorities at CIIL.
2. The initial contract will be for a period of one year and any extension beyond that will be based on the performance of the incumbent and decision of the competent authority. Interested candidates may submit their applications via recruitment portal of Central Institute of Indian Languages, Manasgangothri, Mysore–570006, Karnataka by creating a account and filling/uploading all details/documents latest by 5:00 PM of 06.07.2026.
3. The application is to be uploaded along with self-attested copies of necessary certificates / documents / testimonials regarding age, educational qualifications, experience etc.
4. Qualifications and other requirements may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates at the discretion of the Director, CIIL, Mysuru.                     
5. The institute reserves the right to not fill/cancel any of the posts if situation demands.
6. Candidates may be considered for posts other than the ones they have applied based on their qualifications.
