जूनियर रिसोर्स पर्सन (शैक्षणिक) - I / Junior Resource Person (Academic) – I

1. आवश्यक अहर्ता

• किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से भाषाविज्ञान/ भारतीय भाषा अथवा संबद्ध विषय जैसे अनुवाद अध्ययन, सांस्कृतिक अध्ययन, महिला अध्ययन के स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि में न्यूनतम 55% अंक अथवा इसके समकक्ष CGPA अथवा Grade का होना।
• मान्यता प्राप्त संगठन/संस्थान में अनुवाद अथवा संबद्ध क्षेत्र/ शोध में न्यूनतन पाँच वर्ष का कार्यानुभव होना।
• दो या दो से अधिक भाषाओं में (कम से कम एक भाषा अनुसूचित भाषा हो) प्रवीण होना।
• कंप्यूटर का ज्ञान आवश्यक है।

2. वांछनीय

• मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से भाषाविज्ञान/भारतीय भाषा अथवा संबद्ध विषय जैसे अनुवाद अध्ययन अथवा तुलनात्मक साहित्य में एम.फिल/पी.एच.डी. का होना।
• स्थानीयकरण, भारतीय भाषाओं में पांडुलिपियों का प्रूफ रिडिंग एवं संपादन; अंग्रेजी से किसी एक भारतीय भाषा में अनुवाद अथवा इससे अधिक भाषाओं में अनुवाद का अनुभव; भाषा जनित सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक आयामों की जानकारी; भाषा जनित अंतरापृष्ठ की प्रमाणन अभिक्षमता; वर्तिका पत्र का निर्माण; प्रलेखीकरण एवं प्रत्यावेदन तैयार करना।
• अंग्रेजी की प्रवीणता तथा मसौदे एवं पत्राचार(मौखिक, लिखित और ई-मेल आधारित संप्रेषण) में कुशल होना।

3. अधिकतम आयु : 55 वर्ष

1. Essential

• M.A. in Linguistics / Indian language or allied disciplines such as Translation Studies, Cultural Studies, Women's studies from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks or equivalent OGPA or Grade.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in a recognised organisation/institution in the area/field of translation-related work /research.
• Proficiency in two or more languages (of which at least one should be a scheduled language)
• Knowledge of computers is essential

2. Desirable

• M.Phil./Ph.D. in Linguistics/Indian Language or an Allied discipline such as Translation Studies or Comparative Literature from a recognised University.
• Localisation, Proofing and editing of manuscripts in Indian languages; translation from English into one or more Indian languages; Socio-cultural aspects of language; Validating language interface, Preparation of Style Sheet, Documentation and Report preparation
• High proficiency in English and demonstrable skills in drafting and correspondence (Oral, written and email-based communications)

 3.  Maximum age: 50 years

अंग्रेजी और किसी भारतीय भाषा (सिंधी/मराठी/संस्कृत/बांग्ला/गुजराती/मणिपुरी/उर्दू) के बीच अनुवाद करने में कुशल आवेदकों  को इन पदों के लिए प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Candidates efficient in translating between English and an Indian language (Sindhi/Marathi/Sanskrit/Bengali/Gujarati/Manipuri/Urdu) will be preferred for these posts.

उपरोक्त वर्णित समेकित (नियत) पारिश्रमिक के संग योग्य अभ्यर्थी को अनुबंध के आधार पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा। इस पद की संस्तुति केवल राष्ट्रीय अनुवाद मिशन के हेतु की गई है, तथा इस पद-धारक का भविष्य में संस्थान के किसी भी स्थायी/अस्थायी या संविदात्मक पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा मान्य नहीं होगा। यह अनुबंध प्रारंभ में एक वर्ष के लिए होगा तथा कार्मिक के वर्तमान प्रदर्शन के वार्षिक मूल्यांकन के उपरांत इसे विस्तारित किया जा सकता है। उपरोक्त पद को भारत सरकार की आरक्षण नीति के अनुसार भरा जाएगा तथा उक्त पद को भरने/रद्द करने का अधिकार संस्थान के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।

The personnel shall be appointed/ engaged on a contract basis with consolidated (fixed) remuneration as indicated above. This position is sanctioned only for the NTM purpose, and the incumbent of this position would not have any claim whatsoever for appointment in any permanent/temporary or contractual position in the Institute. The initial contract will be for one year, which may be further extended on the annual review of the performance of the incumbent. The above posts will be filled in accordance with the reservation policy of the Government of India, and the Institute reserves the right to fill/ cancel any post(s) if the situation demands.
