एन.टी. एम. फ़ेलोशिप / NTM Fellowships

एन.टी.एम. फ़ेलोशिप का उद्देश्य युवा शोधकर्ताओं को अनुवाद अध्ययन और संबंधित विषयों में पी.एच.डी. करने में सक्षम बनाना है। एन.टी.एम. फ़ेलो अपनी पसंद के किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या शोध संस्थान में अपना शोध कार्य कर सकते हैं। ये फेलोशिप शोध समस्या की अवधारणा में मौलिक सोच को बढ़ावा देने के लिए हैं और अनुवाद अध्ययन में नवीनतम रुझानों से संबंधित शोध के संचालन में नवीन पद्धति के उपयोग को बढ़ावा देती हैं। अनुवाद गुणवत्ता मूल्यांकन, मशीन अनुवाद पोस्ट एडिटिंग (एमटीपीई), अनुवाद तुलना, व्याख्या अध्ययन, ज्ञान पाठ अनुवाद, अनुवादक शिक्षा कार्यक्रम और अनुवाद समकक्ष/शब्दावली विकास जैसे क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने वाले शोधार्थी को आवेदन करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।

The NTM Fellowships are intended to enable young researchers to pursue a Ph.D. in Translation Studies and related disciplines. The awardees can pursue their programme in a recognised university or research institution of their choice. These fellowships promote original thinking in the conceptualisation of the problem and the use of innovative methodology in the conduct of research related to the latest trends in Translation Studies. Research scholars focusing on areas such as Translation Quality Assessment, Machine Translation Post Editing (MTPE), Translation Comparison, Interpretation Studies, Knowledge Text Translation, Translator’s Education Programmes, and Translation Equivalents/Glossary Development are encouraged to apply.

ये फ़ेलोशिप अधिकतम तीन साल की अवधि के लिए हैं। शैक्षणिक योग्यता और कार्य अनुभव की प्रतियों के अलावा, आवेदन के साथ चल रहे शोध पर लगभग 2500-3000 शब्दों का शोध प्रस्ताव/सारांश होना चाहिए, जिसमें (ए) अध्ययन के औचित्य और उद्देश्य, (बी) वैचारिक रूपरेखा, (सी) प्रस्तावित कार्यप्रणाली और (डी) अध्ययन के संभावित योगदान के बारे में कथन शामिल हों। ऑनलाइन सबमिशन पोर्टल 12 मई 2025 (सोमवार) तक खुला है। प्रश्नों के लिए, कृपया प्रभारी अधिकारी, राष्ट्रीय अनुवाद मिशन से संपर्क करें।

These fellowships are for a maximum duration of three years. In addition to the copies of academic qualifications and work experience, the application should be accompanied by a research proposal/synopsis of about 2500-3000 words on the ongoing research, containing statements about (a) rationale and objectives of the study, (b) conceptual framework, (c) proposed methodology, and (d) potential contribution of the study.
