Research Assistant

Eligibility: Proficiency in English and Hindi with good writing skills and an penchant for creating books  for early childhood education in multiple languages. Experience in developing educational materials following the NEP/NCERT/State Board guidelines and recommendations.

Desirable: Experience in developing materials for childhood education. Good command with computers (spreadsheets, databases, web based CMS etc.) Experience in teaching school kids at pre-primary and/or higher level is a plus.

Remuneration:

The Research Associate will be engaged in a contractual mode with a competetive consolidated salary with a minimum of Rs. 45,000/-

Period of engagement:
    Engagements are  for a period of one year and it can be extended subject to satisfactory performance.

Terms and Conditions:
    The engagement is purely on temporary basis. The engaged persons will not have any claim for any regular appointment with CIIL. The engaged person will be evaluated and hired by a third party and deployed at CIIL, Mysore or Hyderabad (as per requirement).
    The position mentioned above are merely indicative in nature. The number of positions may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the competent authorities.

Nature of Work
    Indulge in development of study materials for early childhood education in all the languages of India.
    Engage in research towards development of such materials in multiple languages by working with subject matter experts/language experts across languages.
    Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct workshops etc. towards this.
    Manage the ongoing works towards this effort.
