भारतीय भाषा संस्थान की परियोजना राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण सेवा-भारत द्वारा वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए डॉक्टोरेट और पोस्ट डॉक्टरेट अध्येतावृति  प्रदान करने के लिए स्नातकोत्तर / शोधकर्ताओं से आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं।  

National Testing Service-India, a scheme under the Central Institute of Indian Languages, invites applications from post-graduates / researchers for the award of Doctoral and Post Doctoral Fellowships for the year 2024-25.

यह अध्येतावृति परीक्षण एवं मूल्यांकन के अन्तर्विषयक क्षेत्रों में अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से प्रदान की जाती है। शोध का विषय नीचे उल्लिखित किसी भी क्षेत्र में हो सकता है लेकिन उसमें परीक्षण एवं मूल्यांकन का घटक होना चाहिए।

These fellowships are awarded with a view to promoting research in the interdisciplinary areas of testing and evaluation. The topic of research may be in any of the below-mentioned areas but with a component of testing and evaluation.

अनुसंधान के मुख्य क्षेत्र  होंगे-शैक्षिक परीक्षण और मूल्यांकन,भाषा परीक्षण और समाकलन, भारतीय भाषाओं में श्रवण-वाचन-पठन-लेखन कौशल, भाषा शिक्षा, ऑनलाइन भाषा शिक्षा, शैक्षिक प्रौद्योगिकी में नवाचार, साक्षरता, भाषा या शिक्षा नीति। एनईपी-2020 के क्षेत्र में होगा- मातृभाषा शिक्षा, भाषा शिक्षण-सीखना, भाषा शिक्षाशास्त्र, पाठ्यचर्या विकास, विशेष उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग में आने वाली भाषा, विशिष्ट उद्देश्यों के लिए भाषा, शैक्षिक मनोविज्ञान, कम संसाधन वाली भाषा कक्षा, भाषा और संस्कृति आदि, या भारत सरकार की योजनाओं के अनुरूप भारतीय भाषाओं/मातृभाषाओं के लिए भाषा शिक्षा/संस्कृति आदि।

The preferred area of research would be in the areas of Educational Testing and Evaluation, Language Testing and Assessment, LSRW skills in Indian Languages, Language Education, Online Language Education, Innovation in Educational Technologies, Literacy, Language or Education policy, NEP-2020, Mother Tongue Education, Language Teaching-Learning, Language Pedagogy, Curriculum Development, Language-in-use, Language for Specific Purposes, Educational Psychology, Lower Resource Language Classroom, Language and Culture, etc., or in line with schemes of GOI pertaining to language education/culture, etc. for Indian languages/mother languages.

डॉक्टरेट अनुसंधान के लिए अध्येतावृति की राशि 20,000/- रुपये प्रति माह होगी और 20,000/- रुपये प्रति वर्ष के आकस्मिक अनुदान मिलेगा एवं पोस्ट डॉक्टोरल रिसर्च के लिए 30,000/- रुपये प्रति माह मिलेगा और  30,000/- रुपये प्रति वर्ष आकस्मिक अनुदान दिया जायेगा। अध्येतावृति की अवधि डॉक्टरेट के लिए 3 वर्ष और पोस्ट डॉक्टरेट के लिए 1 वर्ष है और जरूरत पड़ने पर योग्य मामलों में सख्त मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया के आधार पर इसे एक वर्ष और बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

The value of the fellowship for Doctoral Research is Rs. 20,000/- per month with a contingent grant of Rs. 20,000/- per annum; for Post Doctoral Research is Rs. 30,000/- per month along with a contingent grant of Rs. 30,000- per annum. The period of fellowship is 3 years for the Doctoral and 1 year for the Post Doctoral, and it may be extended by one more year based on a strict assessment procedure in deserving cases.

पात्रता के मापदंड

पीएच. डी. फेलोशिप के लिए-

1. आवेदक ने संविधान की 8वीं अनुसूची में सूचीबद्ध 22 भारतीय भाषाओं में से किसी एक का कम से कम माध्यमिक स्तर तक अध्ययन किया हो।
2. भाषाविज्ञान, भाषा शास्त्र, 22 अनुसूचित भारतीय भाषाओं, साहित्य, अंग्रेजी (भारतीय साहित्य/भाषाओं/संस्कृति पर केंद्रित ), मानव विज्ञान, मनोविज्ञान या शिक्षा में से किसी एक में में पूर्णकालिक स्नातकोत्तर/एकीकृत स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि।
3. यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय में नामांकित (पीएच.डी. डिग्री के दूसरे वर्ष तक)।
4. फ़ेलोशिप हेतु चयनित होने की तारीख से अगले महीनों में प्रासंगिक पीएच.डी. कार्यक्रम में दाखिला लेने की उम्मीद रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।

Eligibility Criteria

For Ph.D. Fellowship-

1. The applicant should have studied one of the 22 Indian languages listed in the 8th schedule of the constitution, at least up to the Secondary Level.
2. A full-time Master/Integrated Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Science, in any of the 22 Scheduled Indian Language, Literature, English (with a focus on Indian Literature/Languages/Culture), Anthropology, Psychology, or Education.
3. Enrolled in UGC Recognized Indian University (up to 2nd year of Ph.D degree).
4. Candidates expecting to enroll in a relevant PhD programme in the next months, from the date of selection of the award of fellowship, may also be considered.

पोस्ट-डॉक्टोरल फ़ेलोशिप के लिए-

1. आवेदक ने संविधान की 8वीं अनुसूची में सूचीबद्ध 22 भारतीय भाषाओं में से किसी एक का कम से कम माध्यमिक स्तर तक अध्ययन किया हो।
2. संबंधित क्षेत्र में यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय से, प्रासंगिक प्रकाशनों के साथ (विस्तृत दिशानिर्देश देखें) पीएच.डी. की डिग्री तथा साथ पूर्व में 22 अनुसूचित भारतीय भाषाओं में से किसी एक में, भाषा विज्ञान, साहित्य, अंग्रेजी (भारतीय साहित्य/भाषा/संस्कृति पर केंद्रित), मानवविज्ञान, मनोविज्ञान, या शिक्षा शास्त्र इत्यादि में पूर्णकालिक स्नातकोत्तर / एकीकृत स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि प्राप्त हो।
3. पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल उम्मीदवार के रूप में यूजीसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय में हाल ही में नामांकित हुआ हो।
4. फ़ेलोशिप जारी होने की तारीख से अगले 3 महीनों में प्रासंगिक पोस्ट-डॉक्टरल कार्यक्रम में दाखिला लेने की उम्मीद करने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।

For Post-Doctoral Fellowships-

1. The applicant should have studied one of the 22 Indian languages listed in the 8th schedule of the constitution, at least up to the Secondary Level.
2. A PhD degree from a UGC Recognized Indian University in the relevant area as indicated above with relevant publications (see the detailed guidelines), preceded by a full-time Master/Integrated Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Science, in any of the 22 Scheduled Indian Language, Literature, English (with a focus on Indian Literature/Languages/Culture), Anthropology, Psychology, or Education.
3. Freshly Enrolled in UGC Recognized Indian University as post-docttoral candidate.
4. Candidates expecting to enroll in a relevant post-doctoral programme in the next 3 months, from the date of the award of fellowship, may also be considered.

ध्यातव्य है कि आवेदन और अन्य दस्तावेज जैसे बायोडाटा और शोध प्रस्ताव अंग्रेजी में होने चाहिए। जहां भी ये दस्तावेज़ मुख्य रूप से अंग्रेजी में उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, वहां एक स्व-प्रमाणित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।

It is to be noted that application and other documents such as biodata and research proposals should be in English. Wherever these documents are primarily not available in English, a self-certified translation shall also be submitted.
