Emapnelment of DTP Operators and Proofreaders

• समस्त प्रूफ़ रीडिंग के कार्य ऑनलाइन (साफ्ट कापी प्रूफ) और यूनिकोड फॉन्ट में किये जाने चाहिए। सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा प्रूफ़ रीडिंग के लिए निर्धारित शुल्क के अतिरिक्त, किए गए किसी भी प्रकार के अन्य खर्च का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा। प्रूफ रीडर को Google स्प्रेडशीट्स या डेस्कटॉप स्प्रेडशीट्स में कार्य करने में निपुण होना चाहिए।

• डीटीपी ऑपरेटर और प्रूफ़ रीडर को त्रुटिरहित संपादन के सभी नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए (कुछ सुझाव नीचे दिए गए हैं) यह देखना कि सामग्री, सही, तटस्थ, अद्यतित और मानक स्वरूप में है।

• डीटीपी ऑपरेटर और प्रूफ़ रीडर को संपादित सामग्रियों को यथा शीघ्र ईमेल के द्वारा भेजना चाहिए। तदोपरांत किए गए कार्य संबंधी पत्र, कार्य विवरण संबंधी चालान (इनवॉइस) एवं किए गए कार्य की सीडी डाक से भेजना चाहिए। इस इनवॉइस में संबंधित पक्ष का बैंक खाता विवरण, बैंक एवं संबंधित शाखा का नाम, आईएफएससी कोड आदि तथा पैन कार्ड नंबर एवं आधार कार्ड नंबर होना चाहिए। प्रथम इनवॉइस के साथ इसी बैंक खाते का रद्द किया हुआ चेक जिस पर स्पष्ट रूप से आईएफएससी कोड छपा हो, संलग्न होना चाहिए।

• प्रूफ़ रीडिंग के कार्य का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा। यदि त्रुटि (शब्द, वाक्य और अर्थ के स्तर पर) 10% से अधिक है तो इसका भुगतान तब तक नहीं किया जाएगा जब तक कि प्रूफ़ रीडर इसे त्रुटिरहित नहीं कर देता।

• सीडी / डीवीडी प्रारूप में संपादित कार्य की सॉफ्ट प्रति प्राप्त होने तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी / समिति द्वारा अनुमोदनोपरांत ही भुगतान किया जाएगा।

• सीआईआईएल के पास पैनल को किसी भी समय रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। पैनल का गठन नियमित / संविदात्मक रूप में नहीं किया जाएगा।

• यदि प्रलेख में एक से अधिक भाषाएँ हैं, तो इसे आवश्यकतानुसार दूसरे / तीसरे व्यक्ति को सौंपा जा सकता है।

• संदर्भ के लिए स्रोत फ़ाइलों को ईमेल द्वारा भेज दिया जाएगा। प्रूफ़ रीडर, इसे डाउनलोड करके केवल प्रूफ़ रीडिंग के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं, क्योंकि सामग्री भारतीय कॉपीराइट अधिनियम द्वारा संरक्षित है। इसके उल्लंघन पर उचित विधिक कार्यवाई की जाएगी।

• All, Proof Reading tasks should be done online (Soft Copy Proof) and in Unicode font formats. No additional payment will be made for any costs that are incurred by the service provider at their end, except the agreed tariff for Proof reading. The proof reader should be well aware of how to compose in Google spreadsheets or in Desktop spreadsheets.

• The DTP Operators and Proof Readers should follow all the rules of fair editing (few tips are given below) to see that the content is correct, neutral, updated and has a standard narrative.

• The DTP Operators, and Proof Readers should send the edited copies at the earliest by mail, followed by a CD with a covering letter and the invoice. This invoice should contain the personal Bank account details with Bank Name, Branch Name, IFSC code etc., along with PAN Card Number and Aadhar card Number. The first invoice should accompany a cancelled cheque of the same account, with IFSC code details printed on it.

• A proof reading work shall be put to an evaluation. If the error margin is more than 10% (at the word, syntactic and semantic level), no payment would be made until the proof reading corrects it.  

• Payment will be done upon receiving the soft copy of the edited version in CD/DVD format, and approval of the same by the competent authority / committee. 

• The CIIL reserves the right to cancel the empanelment at any point of time.  The empanelment shall not be construed as a regular / contractual assignment.

• If the document contains more than one language, it may be assigned to the second/ third person, depending upon the requirement.

• Source files for reference will be provided by email. The Proof Reader has to download it and use it for Proof reading only, as the content is protected by Indian Copyright Act. Any violation will attract suitable legal measures.
