आवश्यक अनुभव:
केंद्रीय/अर्ध-सरकारी/केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त स्वायत्त संगठन में निम्नलिखित दायित्वों/कौशल के साथ न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव:-
• स्थापना नियमों का ज्ञान
• भारत सरकार के लिए भुगतान रसीदें तैयार करना ।
• अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में बोलने एवं लिखने और आलेखन कौशल
• मंत्रालयों/विभागों/संस्थानों/अन्य आदि के साथ अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में पत्राचार में उत्कृष्ट ।
• एमएस ऑफिस में उत्कृष्ट कार्य कौशल।
• GeM पोर्टल और खुले बाजार के माध्यम से खरीद नियमों का ज्ञान।
• कर्मचारियों के लिए ढांचागत व्यवस्था उपलब्ध करवाने में कुशल।
•कार्यक्रमों/संगोष्ठियों/कार्यशालाओं/सम्मेलनों आदि का समन्वयन करवाने में कुशल ।
• भाषा की मानक गुणवत्ता के साथ रिपोर्ट/मिनट तैयार करने का उत्कृष्ट कौशल।
• काम करना और अधीनस्थों को कार्य सौंपना में सक्षम
• ईमेल/दूरभाष/संलाप कौशल की उत्कृष्ट समझ
• कार्यालय अनुशासन और मर्यादा की गरिमा को बनाए करने में कुशलता अपेक्षित है
•बजट योजना।
Essential Experience :
A minimum of 5 years experience along with the following responsibilities/skills in central/ /semi-govt/central government recognized autonomous organization:-
- Understanding of the Establishment rules
- Preparing payment receipts for the Govt. of India
- Excellent speaking and writing & drafting skills in English and Hindi
- Excellent in correspondence with Ministries / Departments /Institutions/others etc in English and Hindi.
- Excellent working skills in MS Office.
- Knowledge of purchase rules through GeM portal and also open market.
- Making infrastructural arrangements for staff.
- Coordinating the programmes/ seminars/ workshops/ conferences etc.
- Excellent in preparing reports/minutes with standard quality of language.
- Work and assigning tasks to subordinates
- Excellent understanding of Email/ Telephonic /conversation skills
- Good maintenance of office discipline and decorum
- Budget planning.

नोट: अधिसूचना की तिथि से एक वर्ष के भीतर भारतीय भाषा संस्थान की योजनाओं/परियोजनाओं/इकाइयों/केंद्रों में नियुक्त/भर्ती किए गए उम्मीदवार उपर्युक्त किसी भी पद के लिए आवेदन करने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
नियम एवं शर्तें

2) किसी भी स्तर पर अनुशंसा/ सिफ़ारिशकरवाने पर अभियार्थी को सीधे अयोग्य माना जाएगा।
3) जैसा की उपयुक्त विज्ञापन में स्पष्ट किया गया है, सभी कर्मचारियों को समेकित पारिश्रमिक के साथ अनुबंध के आधार पर या आउट सोर्स प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से नियुक्त किया जाएगा । आवश्यकतानुसार पदों की संख्या समय-समय पर परिवर्तित की जा सकती है । पद केवल परियोजना के लिए स्वीकृत किए गएहैं और इस पद के पदधारी को अनुबंध की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात संस्थान कार्यान्वित किसी भी योजनाओं / परियोजनाओं में किसी भी स्थायी / अस्थायी या संविदात्मक पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा नहीं किया जा सकता।
4) प्रारंभिक अनुबंध एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा और उसके उपरांतकिसी भी प्रकार के विस्तार का निर्णयसक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा प्रदर्शन केआधार परहोगा । इच्छुक उम्मीदवार अपने आवेदन ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से (ऊपर दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करके) भर कर सकते हैं।
5) आवश्यकता पड़ने पर,योग्य उम्मीदवारों के मामले में सक्षम अधिकारियों के विवेक पर योग्यता और अन्य आवश्यकताओं में छूट दी जा सकती है।
6) संस्थान के पास बिना कोई कारण बताए विज्ञापन में घोषित सभी या किसी भी पद को न भरने या रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

Note: The candidates appointed/recruited in the schemes /projects/units/centers of CIIL within one year from the date of notification are not eligible to apply for any of the positions mentioned above.
Terms and Conditions:-

3) The personnel shall be engaged on a contract basis or out sourced mode with consolidated remuneration as indicated above. The number of positions may change from time to time depending upon the requirements. The position is sanctioned only for the project and the incumbent of this position would not have any claim for whatsoever for appointment in any permanent/ temporary or contractual position in the Institute or its ongoing Schemes/Projects after the period the contract is over.
